Erin Brown-Millon has been involved in every aspect of the game for more than 25 years. She has donned the hat of player, administrator innovator, volunteer, ambassador, official, coach and will add recruiting coordinator. Coach Monica chose Erin simply because there is no one better. First US Lacrosse Women’s Division Director and the University of Maryland’s Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach is perfectly qualified and well connected in the lacrosse world to help our Diamonds players and their parents navigate through the ever changing recruiting process. Her personal touch and attention to detail is what helps set our program apart from all others. Having a professional like Erin Millon on staff is incredible. Diamonds Lacrosse Club is truly an elite level club by having Erin a part of it.
Erin will be involved with all aspects of the recruiting process. She as helped develop The D.R.A.W. (Diamonds Recruiting Advantage for Women) with Coach Yeakel and it is proven that those who have followed this have had success in finding the school and lacrosse program that truly fits all of the wants and needs the student athlete (and her parents) are looking for. She has started doing some work with the 2018 team, but is full time with the 2019 team and the teams there after.
